negotiation ...a viable process...10/10/2008

in today's world there is a tendency towards circumventing long and correct established law by groups small and large as well as individuals who seemingly think that 'noone is looking' or 'noone is going to do anything about it'.
Sad it is that such a bad example has to be expressed in such a fine country as america by such worthless elements seeming...due to position..to be trustworthy and influential.

The 'trick' apparently is to 'negotiate' or manouever the law without saying so and to pretend that negotiation is the law rather than negotiation being a method of attempting workable results amongst or between groups and people(s).

Negotiation is a viable process but if a country is to succeed ..a person or group entity to survive ..a process of world societal life to remain intact in a healthy way..negotiation must be placed within the right aspects and utilized for the correct purpose within a framework of healthy interrelated aspects.
Negotiation belongs within certain correct processes. To use it in others is to have the intent to manipulate which will bring about wrong and uncannily terrible results eventually in a process one may no longer be able to stop.
One must know the meaning of what one is doing and use the process correctly in the related manner and spaces within the societal fold for good overall results to occur.
Comparing this to a ship negotiated thru rough waters by the helmsman under the orders of the captain and those others in charge we may be unaware of...a ship can be negotiated..a vehicle can be negotiated...the law can not. The law must be true ..real..natural and correct.
Certain laws the society of the country depends upon for everyday life and basic harmonies especially the natural laws should be upheld by the basic governmental group which never changes.
The ruling group which has to change for many reasons..some of which are..election by the people and personal health physically mentally emotionally and spiritually of the elected..must uphold and never unbalance those basic laws. The people should have choice to make change thru proper channels on those laws which do not unbalance or disaccomodate or disturb the basis of the society intact and that is all. I have been saying this since I was a child.
There are some laws which stabilize freedom..some which stabilize tyranny..stabilize in detail naziism and communism. This you must understand in order to keep the one you want.
An unstable lawchanging everyday society is doomed to failure and problematic disharmonies everyday in all everyday life issues which preempts the success of a balanced harmonious life which breeds successs societally in business..personal endeavor..and all allowed pursuits of the governed people by the governing selected and appointed and govt jobs won for good work accomplished and a reliable character.
